Derrick is a recording, mixing & mastering engineer based in Toronto, Canada. He graduated as Valedictorian of his class from the Audio Production & Engineering program at Metalworks Institute. After interning for various commercial and boutique studios, Derrick decided to forge his own path and built a studio where he has worked with hundreds of artists from across North America and Asia. As a lifelong music enthusiast with a diverse taste in sound, Derrick works across all genres of music. He is known for his great musical ear, astute attention to detail, and quickness during recording sessions. Derrick is committed to using his technical skillset collaboratively with his clients to realize their highest creative vision.
