Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the DerrickWho Music Studio website (the “Service”) operated by Derrick Hou (“DerrickWho,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
1. Studio Usage and Bookings
1.1. DerrickWho Music Studio, located at 669 Queen St West, Toronto, is available for music recording, mixing, and related services.
1.2. Studio bookings are subject to availability and must be made in advance. To book a session, please contact us via email at derrickwhomgmt@gmail.com.
1.3. A deposit may be required to secure a booking, and the full payment is due at the beginning of the session.
2. Cancellations and Rescheduling
2.1. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session will receive a full refund of the deposit.
2.2. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session may result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
2.3. If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
3. Studio Rules and Guidelines
3.1. Clients are expected to adhere to the studio rules and guidelines provided by DerrickWho Music Studio.
3.2. Any damage to equipment or facilities due to negligence or intentional actions will be the responsibility of the client, and repair or replacement costs will be charged accordingly.
4. Confidentiality
4.1. DerrickWho Music Studio respects the confidentiality of all client work. However, we reserve the right to use non-identifiable excerpts for promotional purposes with the client’s consent.
